Pilates Arc
The Elina Pilates Edge is similar to our Arc with the added feature of handles on both sides with a gentle curve which helps decompress and lengthen the spine. Like the Arc, the Edge is great for adding a new dimension to mat work classes. It offers different exercise options that helps to improve posture and strengthen the back such as extending the leg and shoulder muscles to increase or decrease challenge and to assist rehab clients.
