The following Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Corex Direct, operated by Corex Direct LLC ("Corex Direct," "we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, all products must be unused and uninstalled, returned in their original packaging including the original pallet if the product was delivered on one, and in new, resalable condition.
To begin a return, our customer support team may request photographs of the product and packaging to verify the item's condition and determine eligibility. If your return request is approved, we will provide all necessary return shipping documents at no cost. Depending on the size and type of the item, this may include a prepaid return shipping label, a prepaid Bill of Lading (BOL), return instructions, and pickup scheduling information if applicable. Please do not ship any item back until your return has been approved and you have received full return authorization along with all required documentation.
Restocking Fees
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the total purchase price. The customer is also responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or the return is the result of our error. Applicable restocking fees and return shipping charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Cancellations of Shipped Products
If an order is cancelled after it has already shipped, refused at the time of delivery, or returned due to the customer being unavailable to receive the shipment, it will be treated as a standard return. Any applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Please note that refusing delivery due to shipping damage will not be treated as a return — please refer to our Shipping Policy for instructions on how to handle damaged shipments.
Prices Are Final
Once an order has been placed, the purchase price is final. We do not offer price adjustments or refunds based on future promotions, temporary sales, manufacturer promotions, competitor pricing, or pricing changes that occur after an order has been submitted.
Products Not Eligible for Returns
The following items cannot be returned: products that have been installed or used; products that have been modified or altered; products that are not in resalable condition; products returned without their original packaging or original pallet when applicable; products returned without sufficient packaging to prevent damage during transit; special order, custom-built, made-to-order, or non-stock items; clearance or final sale items; and replacement parts and accessories.
Parts
Replacement parts are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless they are received damaged or defective.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Shipping Policy for instructions on how to report and handle shipping damage.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties begin on the date of delivery. Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer and varies by brand and product. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your purchase for complete details.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may submit a return request for your eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return request has been received, we will review it to determine whether it qualifies under this policy. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to complete our review and notify you of our decision. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow an additional 3 to 10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund. In total, refunds may take up to 25 business days to fully process. Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. Restocking fees, return shipping costs, and any other applicable charges are non-refundable.
