Shipping Policy

The following Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Corex Direct, operated by Corex Direct LLC ("Corex Direct," "we," "our," or "us"). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Shipping Terms

We offer free shipping on orders over $200 shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days after payment has been received. Once your order has shipped, delivery generally takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Large products are typically delivered curbside by a freight carrier unless otherwise noted on the product page. Smaller products are shipped via standard ground carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or similar services. Signature requirements are determined by the carrier and may vary by shipment. Free shipping includes one delivery attempt. If additional attempts are needed because the customer was unavailable or unable to receive the shipment, additional carrier fees may apply. Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, address changes may not be possible. If an address change is available through the carrier, any fees associated with that change are the customer's responsibility. All shipments are insured while in transit.

Cancelled or Refused Shipments

If an order is cancelled after it has shipped, or if delivery is refused for reasons unrelated to shipping damage, return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from your refund in accordance with our Return Policy. If a shipment is returned because the customer was unavailable to accept delivery, it will be treated as a return under our Return Policy.

Freight / LTL Shipments

Large products are shipped via Freight (LTL – Less Than Truckload). The freight carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, and an adult 18 years of age or older should be available to receive and inspect the shipment. Additional charges may apply if a delivery appointment is missed, rescheduled, or if special delivery services are requested. Any fees assessed directly by the freight carrier are outside of Corex Direct's control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Ground Shipments

Smaller products are shipped using standard ground services such as FedEx, UPS, or similar carriers and are delivered directly to your shipping address. Delivery procedures, including whether a signature is required, are determined by the carrier.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your shipment carefully at the time of delivery. If your order arrives with significant visible damage, we recommend refusing delivery and contacting us at support@corexdirect.com or calling 888-888-8888 as soon as possible. If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number, photos of the damaged product, and photos of the packaging. We will work with the manufacturer and carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your order is missing any parts or accessories, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you. Please note that products that have been installed may no longer qualify for replacement under manufacturer policies.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties begin on the date your order is delivered. Coverage is provided by the product manufacturer and varies by brand. Please refer to the warranty documentation included with your product for complete warranty terms.
