  Yes. COROS PACE 4 calculates your VO₂ Max, Lactate Threshold, Running Fitness Level, and other advanced metrics to help you measure performance progress over time. These insights are powered by your training history, pace, and heart rate data, giving you a detailed picture of your endurance and recovery capacity.
• Does PACE 4 measure heart rate reliably while running?
  Absolutely. PACE 4 uses a redesigned optical heart rate sensor with larger LEDs and a more secure fit to reduce data spikes and drops during movement. Whether you’re doing intervals or long runs, you’ll get accurate and consistent heart rate readings directly from your wrist, or you can pair an external Bluetooth heart rate strap for even higher precision
• Can I train with intervals, splits, and running power on PACE 4?
  Yes. The COROS app and PACE 4 make it easy to create interval workouts, structured training sessions, and running power-based plans. You can customize intervals, rest periods, and target zones—or sync detailed workouts from TrainingPeaks or Final Surge directly to your watch.
• How long will PACE 4’s battery last on long training runs or race day?
  PACE 4 delivers up to 41 hours of continuous GPS tracking in All-Systems mode, enough for your longest training runs or marathons. For daily use—including workouts, notifications, and sleep tracking—you’ll get up to 19 days on a single charge.
• Is PACE 4’s screen bright and easy to read outdoors?
  Yes. The 1.2" AMOLED touchscreen offers vivid color, crisp definition, and auto-adjusting brightness that adapts instantly to sunlight or shade. Whether you’re on a pre-dawn run or a bright track session, the PACE 4 display stays clear and easy to read from any angle.
• Can I follow routes and get turn-by-turn directions with PACE 4?
  Yes. PACE 4 includes breadcrumb navigation and other route related features, but does not support full mapping. You can create routes in the COROS app or sync from Strava, RideWithGPS, or Wikiloc for seamless route guidance on your wrist.
• Will PACE 4 alert me if I go off course?
  Yes. PACE 4 gives you real-time off-course alerts so you’ll know immediately if you stray from your planned route. Combined with breadcrumb navigation and precise GPS tracking, it helps you stay confident during long runs and races.
• Can I listen to music with PACE 4?
  Yes, PACE 4 includes onboard music storage for MP3 files, and you can control your phone’s music or podcast playback directly from the watch (coming soon). At this time, we do not directly support an integration with Spotify or Apple Music.
• Can PACE 4 track my sleep?
  Yes. PACE 4 tracks sleep stages (light, deep, REM) and measures heart rate variability (HRV) to help you understand recovery quality. You’ll see daily summaries and long-term trends in the COROS app, giving you actionable insight into how your body responds to training load and rest.
• Is PACE 4 waterproof?
  Yes. PACE 4 is rated to 5 ATM (50 meters), making it safe for swimming, rain, or sweat-heavy sessions. You can record pool and open-water swims, shower with it, or train in all weather without worry.
