• Can I import my own routes from Strava, Komoot, or GPX files?
  You can import routes from your favorite apps like Strava, Komoot, Ride with GPS, Wikiloc, and many more. Including the ability to directly upload GPX files to the COROS app.
• Will COROS NOMAD guide me back if I get off course?
  Yes! COROS NOMAD will alert you anytime you deviate off-course and provide a suggested direction to take to get back on course.
• What fitness metrics does COROS NOMAD track?
  VO2 Max, Running Fitness, Marathon Predictor, Training Load, Base Fitness, Recovery Score, Training Status, and more.
• Can I build or follow structured workouts?
  Yes, you can create your own workouts in the COROS app, sync from apps like Training Peaks or Final Surge, and download free training plans from COROS directly in the COROS app.
• Can I use COROS NOMAD for strength training?
  Yes, COROS NOMAD supports creating dozens of strength exercises, provides you with on-watch visual cues to help you with your training, and more.
• Does it sync with Apple Health or Google Fit?
  Yes, you can connect the COROS app to Apple Health or Google fit to sync your data to those platforms.
• Can I use a chest strap or other external sensors?
  Yes, COROS NOMAD uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to connect with other bluetooth devices to share heart rate data, cycling specific training metrics like power, L/R balance, and more.
• Is the COROS app available on iPhone and Android?
  Yes, the COROS app is supported on both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
• Do COROS watches have music, payments, or notifications?
  COROS NOMAD currently supports offline music with MP3 files and we will continue to work to find a streaming partner for offline music. COROS NOMAD also supports receiving notifications directly from your phone for text, phone calls, emails, and more.
